Ingredients1 large purjo 2 carrots 1 zuccini 100 g green beans 1 cellery leaves 45 g olive oil 400 g tomato sauce 15 g basil leaves 5 g thyme 400 g beans salt and pepper to taste InstructionsCut all vegetables, put into a large pot, add olive oil , cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, occasionally stirring. Add water, tomatoes and spices and cook for 30 minutes. Add beans and cook for 10 minutes. |
